**Expectation for this role is 50-60 hours per week. Typically alternating weeks of five 10 hour days then six 10 hour days**
What You Will Be Doing

What You Will Be Doing
- Administrative
in tracking all Tag Changes.
in RFI Submittals and all other Hoffman Safety required documentation.
Project Logbook up to date.
1.4 Change Order Management
1.5 Assist in scheduling.
- Logistics
in all onsite logistics notifications to Hoffman on delivery of Equipment Modules vehicles and cranes.
with Hoffman on Staging of Modules and other equipment.
in managing OFCI on site storage status
- Procurement
in obtaining quotes for additional Long Lead and other equipment.
of all new LLE Equipment.
Main Office Buyer in producing POs.
in expediting all submittals
