Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our team. The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and their families ensuring a positive and comfortable experience at our facility. This is a full-time permanent position with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients and their families upon arrival

- Assist with check-in and registration process

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Schedule appointments and manage patient appointments

- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow

- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

- Provide information and resources to patients and families as needed

- Handle and resolve any patient concerns or complaints

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent patient care

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills

- Compassionate and empathetic towards children and their families

- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
