Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales transactionsefficiently and accurately ensuring all purchases are properly recorded in the point-of-sale system.
- Deliver friendlyprofessional customer serviceand address questions concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Prepare and serve food and beveragesin accordance with quality safety and presentation standards.
- Restock food beverages and condimentsas needed while maintaining a clean organized concession stand.
- Adhere to all food safety sanitation and health regulations including ServSafe and alcohol service requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventorylevels and follow established inventory control procedures throughout events.
- Serve alcohol responsibly in compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient event operations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain Responsible Alcohol ServSafe certification & Food Handlers ServSafeif not currently certified.
- Ability to stand for extended periodsduring events.
- Ability to lift and carry 2545 poundsfor stocking and setup.
- Must beavailable to work all UWMadison football games and the majority of events at the Kohl Center Arena.
