Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Compliance Officer for a Florida state government client supporting the Division of Condominiums Timeshares and Mobile Homes.

The Compliance Officer contacts constituents and complainants to discuss filed complaints compares complaint details against Florida statutes to analyze the issue advises complainants of the Division jurisdiction and documents and closes cases in the Division systems. This assignment is approximately 11 weeks in length.

Position Details

Pay Rate: $38.14 per hour
Work Environment: Professional office business casual

Work Locations

  • 2601 Blair Stone Road Tallahassee FL 32399.
Candidate Responsibilities
  • Contact constituents and complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed.
  • Read state statutes and compare them with complaints in order to analyze the issue.
  • Communicate with the public. Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Advise the complainant of the Division jurisdiction that the case is being closed and the reason for closure.
  • Provide any resources or referrals as appropriate.
  • Send written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor.
  • Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes activities and statutes in Versa.
  • Document the actions taken in the OnBase system.
