Job Summary
Pay: $17$22/hour Location: Raleigh Cary and Apex Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts available days evenings weekends and overnight options Job Type: In-Home Caregiver
Senior Helpers is a trusted name in in-home senior care dedicated to helping older adults live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Were looking for compassionate dependable caregivers to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of the clients and families we serve.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Help with mobility and transferring including use of walkers or wheelchairs
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry tidying dishes)
- Assist with medication reminders (not administration)
- Provide transportation to appointments errands or social activities
- Monitor and report changes in the clients condition or home environment to your care team
- Maintain accurate visit notes and documentation
- Prior caregiving experience or training
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate patient demeanor
- Reliable punctual and able to work independently
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
