Duties

The Program Associate isresponsible for fostering the successful implementation of collaborativecommunity-drivenprojects that promote upstream equitable solutions to complex community challenges. Thiswillincludeprovidingdesignsupport coordination andfacilitation for Wilders CommunityInitiatives. TheAssociate will work closely with theICHRP ProgramManager on thesetasks andwill partner with them on the development of newcommunityinitiatives. Inaddition theAssociatewilljoinafacilitationteam thatprovidesconsultationtraining and capacity building supportto communityand government organizations.

Job Qualifications

An associates degree is required. At least 2-3 years of experience working with community. Must have strong collaboration facilitation and training experience. Previous experience with community engagement and innovative design is preferred. Must demonstrate cultural competence and experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.
