Community & Citizenship Public Affairs Specialist Lima

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree from accredited degree program with minimum of 3 years of experience in politics government public
  affairs or similar role or equivalent education training and experience
• Professional verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders across
  organizational levels
• Familiar with local city and state agencies for permits
• Familiar with Underrepresented Business Enterprises (UBEs) and able to understand project contract requirements
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize concurrent tasks and deliver high quality work with tight deadlines
• Ability to work in non-structured environment with minimal oversight take direction without continuous follow-up and
  work with multiple project teams
• Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and timely documentation
• Resourceful possess research problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Approachable proactive and professional attitude and with professional presentation delivery skills
• Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills to engage with various levels of stakeholders
• Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office suite of applications and collaborative tools
• Limited travel required
