You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that increase revenue and market share while maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Manage and mentor the commercial vehicle sales team to optimize performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support sales campaigns
• Prepare sales reports and present progress to senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales or related automotive sales management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Valid drivers license

• Competitive salary ranging from $80000.00 to $120000.00 per year paid semi-monthly
