A well-established commercial real estate firm in Miami is hiring an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support its in-house legal team. This role focuses on retail and shopping center transactions working closely with attorneys from contract through closing and post-closing.

What youll do:

• Support commercial real estate transactions from contract and loan commitment through closing
• Handle due diligence: title and survey review title objection letters lease review lien and litigation searches
• Prepare entity formation documents closing checklists critical dates timelines title commitments and policies closing statements and affidavits
• Manage closing binders and support deals both locally and nationally

What theyre looking for:

• 10 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with retail and shopping center experience required
• Corporate law background
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable managing communication with clients colleagues and outside parties
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
