Commercial Property Manager

About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in Honolulu. This role combines property operations tenant relations owner communication lease administration vendor management and financial oversight.

The ideal candidate is organized service-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working with property owners tenants vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and performance of assigned commercial properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance repairs inspections vendors and improvement projects.
• Review vendor proposals scopes of work and service agreements.
• Monitor property budgets operating expenses and financial performance.
• Review lease obligations rent increases renewals and key lease milestones.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address operational issues.
• Partner with accounting and operations teams on reporting and portfolio goals.
• Provide owners with timely updates recommendations and property performance insights.
• Resolve tenant and property concerns professionally and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in commercial property management real estate property administration or a related support role.
• Active Hawaii Real Estate License or willingness to obtain required licensing credentials.
• Experience with commercial retail office industrial or mixed-use properties preferred.
• Understanding of leases property operations maintenance and financial reporting.
• Strong communication organization relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Ability to travel to commercial properties throughout Oahu.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial Property Manager experience.
• Experience with lease administration and tenant relations.
• Experience managing vendors budgets and capital improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Hawaii commercial real estate practices.

Work Setting: On-site/field-based in Honolulu HI with regular travel to properties throughout Oahu.
