ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Commercial Loan Documentation Specialistis responsible forthe fulfillment of commercial loan position will have knowledge of regulatory requirements and perform the due diligence needed to ensure complete position willmaintainaclientfocus and will partner with Lending Specialists LoanServicingand other credit team members to deliver a superior client experience.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

• Prepare loandocumentswithinLaserProaccording toloan approval for new and existingrequests.
• Ensure documents are prepared accurately and within service level agreements.
• Review loan file and Commercial Lending Delivery (CLD) applications for due diligence items.
• Research requestsregardingdocumentation and handle time sensitive issues if neededescalateto supervisor.
• Manage specialized processes including but not limited to HMDA Compliance reporting.
• Provide primary and backup coverage on processes as needed.
• Activelypursuecontinuing education reading and self-development to enhance skills.
• Complete regulationcomplianceandadditionaltraining as assigned.
• Maintainclient focus and partner internally with other teams to deliver superior client experience.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Associatesdegree or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience in the financial industry.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasksthrough effective time management and organizational skills.
• High levelof commitment to accuracy and detail.
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to manage high volume time sensitivetransactionsand situations.
• Self-motivated withabilityto work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:Workistypicallyperformed in an office setting. Theemployeeisregularly required tosit for extended periods of employeeis occasionallyrequired tomove about the officeutilizingproper ergonomic safeguards when doing theemployee mustoccasionally liftormovesuppliesand materialsupto 20 pounds.

BASE PAY RANGE:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
