Job Summary
A Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for preparing and reviewing commercial loan documentation. This role ensures that loan documentation is complete accurate and compliant with internal policies regulatory requirements and loan approval terms.
Expectations:
- Prepare and review commercial loan documents including real estate loans for all bank market areas.
- Ensures loan documentation is in compliance with loan approvals bank policy and state and federal regulations.
- Review documentation for title work appraisals environmental reports flood certificates and UCC searches for various loan types.
- Work with Relationship Managers for proper documentation of commercial loans.
- Work closely with Closing Attorneys and Relationship Managers on attorney prepared loans to verify accuracy of loan terms and documents.
- Ensure accuracy of various loan coding for proper loan reporting.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 2 years of commercial loan documentation experience.
- General knowledge of commercial loan products and documentation.
- Previous experience with Laser Pro preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Possesses multi-tasking skills and function well under pressure.

- Present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience whether verbally or written.
