A well-established and stable insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager/Assistant to join a growing team in Montgomery AL. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in account management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with our commercial lines team to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts ranging from small businesses to large market clients.

• Salary: Starting at $65000 (depending on experience)

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with quoting new and renewal business maintaining a balance between both.
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service to clients.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and process transactions.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of solid account management experience in the insurance industry preferably within an independent agency.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems.
