Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. As a Commercial CSR you will play a vital role in managing and servicing a diverse book of business focusing on middle-market accounts. • Salary Range: $80000 - $100000 annually

• Manage and service a book of business with $3-5 million in premium focusing on middle-market accounts.
• Review and understand policies thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle a variety of accounts including construction and contractor clients.
• Quote new and renewal business ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Collaborate with team members to cross-sell personal lines of insurance when applicable.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and documentation efficiently.

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Prior experience in commercial lines insurance is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems.
• Work Environment: Hybrid schedule with three days in-office required.
• Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts.
