Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Assistant Account Managerto join a dynamic this role you will support two Account Managers in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts including bonds administration. This position requires a motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients.

• Provide administrative support to two Account Managers.
• Handle Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain and manage a book of business with accounts of varying sizes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Occasionally communicate with clients via email.
• Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
  • Experience working with accounts of all sizes and a generalist approach.
  • Familiarity with bonds administration is a plus.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Effective written communication skills for client interactions.
