What You Will Do:

• Diagnose troubleshoot solve and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service and thorough communication with customers
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Be available for on-call duty
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload

What You Need:

• To be technically proficient with a minimum of 3 years of Commercial technician experience
• EPA License
• JM License required
• Advanced knowledge of Commercial HVAC Systems and components
• Good communication and listening skills
• Must pass a drug screen MVR & background check
• Physical dexterity

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 commission and spiffs

Days: Monday - Friday with an on call rotation

Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm depending on customers needs
