Aberdeen MD Full-Time On-Site

Job Description

As our Commercial Electrical Project Manager youll lead projects from planning through completion keeping teams organized budgets on track and clients satisfied.

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from kickoff through successful completion.
• Coordinate electricians field crews subcontractors materials and project schedules.
• Oversee budgets labor costs material takeoffs and project profitability.
• Review electrical drawings blueprints contracts RFIs and change orders.
• Visit jobsites regularly to monitor progress solve problems and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with field supervisors vendors and internal leadership to keep projects moving.
• Build strong relationships with customers while mentoring and supporting your team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial electrical construction project management experience.
• Hands-on electrical trade experience or a strong electrical construction background.
• Experience managing manpower subcontractors schedules and project budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong leadership communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical construction safety practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Aberdeen MD and travel to local jobsites as needed.
