Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Combat Arms & Targeting Subject Matter Experts to contribute operational expertise to an AI training and evaluation project. The role focuses on assessing military-related scenarios evaluating AI-generated responses identifying nuanced policy boundaries and improving the quality and reliability of model outputs. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Classify military-related scenarios using approved taxonomies distinguishing conceptual explanations lawful policy and readiness support evidence review and operationally sensitive applications.
- Identify complex or ambiguous scenarios that require expert judgment and may be misclassified by less-experienced reviewers.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for source accuracy uncertainty handling reasoning quality stated limitations and appropriate usefulness.
- Identify cases where AI systems unnecessarily refuse valid
