Were seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join a high-performing customer-focused collision repair team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong estimating communication and customer service skills who can accurately assess vehicle damage write estimates and coordinate repairs from drop-off to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and review vehicle damage in person or via photos.
Create accurate and thorough estimates using CCC ONE (or other estimating software).
Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters customers and internal repair teams.
Maintain high standards of documentation repair order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Track vehicle repair progress keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely and accurate repair completion.
Review supplements and update repair plans as additional damage is discovered.
Ensure compliance with OEM repair procedures and I-CAR Gold Class standards.
Requirements
Requirements
2 years of experience as a Collision Estimator or in a related role (e.g. Service Advisor Adjuster).
Proficiency in CCC ONEMitchell or Audatex estimating systems.
Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance DRP guidelines.
Excellent communication organization and follow-up skills.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus (preferred but not required).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a DRP (Direct Repair Program) environment.
Familiarity with OEM-certified repair programs (Tesla Honda ProFirst Ford BMW etc.).
Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop setting.

Experience & Education: 3 years of auto body collision repair experience ICAR and OEM training preferred High school diploma or GED required; Vo-Tech certification strongly preferred Technical Skills: Experience replacing and repairing bolt-on and weld-on panels Proficiency in structural repairs airbag replacement and basic mechanical work Ability to read and understand instructions estimates and work orders Must provide own tools in good working order Work Ethic & Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to work with estimators and production managers Organized and able to manage multiple assignments Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements: Ability to stoop bend squat kneel and lift to 80 lbs Capable of performing repetitive motions and extended periods of standing or bending Manual dexterity and coordination to operate tools and equipment
