Description of Job Duties:The College Store Specialist assists in all daily operations for the College Store and serves as our lead cashier and over customer relations. The Specialist is responsible for our shipping & receiving department manages our Graduation store and maintains College Store and Other Qualifications Required:Associates Degree preferred (2 years of retail experience would be accepted in lieu of degree)Minimum 1 year retail experience Excellent communication skills well-organized & customer service oriented Able to multi-task & handle interruptions Critical Thinking Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and comfortable using Excel Ability to lift up to 50lbs and ability to stand walk & lift books for up to 10 hours with few breaks during busy times.
