Job Summary

USfalconâhas an excited opportunity for a Collective Training Analyst SMEto supportâUSSTRATCOMâatOffutt AFBâNE.âââ

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:ââ

  • Assist in planning preparation maintenance updating and execution of USSTRATCOM collective periodic training events including GDs SLT NC2 demonstrations and annual Joint Staff NPI preparation.
  • Support planning preparation maintenance and execution of mission-related scenarios involving other CCMDs WHMO NMCC Allies and other Government agencies.
  • Prepare update and quality check training materials and scenarios including agendas intelligence injects operations orders messages and data collection forms.
  • Assist in the design planning rehearsal quality control and conduct of GD events demonstrations TTXs mini-exercises and wargame events.
  • Provide JECG augmentation and support during training exercises TTXs and wargame events.
  • Provide feedback for AARs recommend improvements prepare hotwash briefings and deliver after action reports.
  • Provide observers trainers assessors facilitators and role-players and provide oversight and direction to junior contractor team members as needed.ââ

              REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:â

              • Thorough understanding of USSTRATCOM-assigned UCP mission sets CJCS and USSTRATCOM Emergency Action Procedures and/or end-to-end operations from National-level decision making through unit-level execution.
              • Experience with the development administration and execution of scenario-based training modules.
              • Operational experience at a CCMD Joint Staff or Service MAJCOM including command center or battle staff duties.
              • At least 7 years of experience in one or more of the following mission areas: Strategic Deterrence Nuclear Operations Global Strike Nuclear force planning and/or Missile Threat Assessment.
              • Ability to speak authoritatively on most aspects of joint collective training development and execution.ââ

                      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:â

                      • Experience with USSTRATCOM command and control platforms or CJCS/USSTRATCOM EAP execution.
                      • Experience mentoring junior contractor personnel in collective training environments.â

                      EDUCATION:

                      • High school diploma or equivalent
