Coach 9th Grade Field Hockey Coach (Fall 2026 Season)

Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School seeks a 9th Grade Field Hockey Coach for the upcoming 2026 fall season.

The 2026 fall season runs from Monday August 24th through the end of October. Practices are generally after school. This successful program has varsity junior varsity and 9th grade levels.

Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to):

The 9th Grade Coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching a high-level field hockey program while adhering to rules and guidelines set forth by the school Dual County League and MIAA. Successful candidates will have the ability to work with varsity coaches and athletes to develop a cohesive and competitive program.

Expectations:

• Teaching the L-S Athletics Curriculum
• Must be able to take the MIAA Coaching Course
• Ability to drive the school van to away games
• Ability to work with high school population
• Understanding of high school sports operations
• Work well with high school students parents and other coaches
• Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Understands the importance of fun in high school athletics
• Be prepared punctual and ethical

Experience Preferred:

• Experience coaching field hockey at the high school level
• Experience playing field hockey at the high school level or higher

Stipend Range per Schedule B: $3189 - $3986
