Within Asset Managements(AM)Compliance Risk and Business Operations (CRBO)organization the Asset ManagementBusiness & Data Operations(AMBDO)teamserves as a central utility todrive operational excellence and strategic alignmentby delivering cross-advisor operational support enhancing data quality routines & processes and implementing advanced data acquisition capabilities. We enable efficient data-driven decision-making empowering investment teams to achieve asset managements strategic priorities with precision and impact.In partnershipwith data governance and strategy teams theoverall mission is topromote a data-driven culture within Asset Management and drive a One-AM approach to data investment and priorities.

The team iscomprisedof a diverse set ofbusiness and technologyprofessionals who work collectively with our business partners toalign onstrategicsolutionsto business and data operational challenges across asset management.

Role

AsanCo-Opanalystwithin our Alternative Data Operations teamyou will partnerwith business and technologyprofessionals toenable the implementation ofnew technologies techniques and datasetsconsumed byInvestment Professionals in generating alpha for our investment products and customers.This role is alsovaluable in helping to evolve a best-in-class alternative data platform.

The role is ideal for someone with adata-driven mindset is technically proficientpossessPython/Rcoding and data skills understands and appreciates the sensitivity tohigh qualitydata in an investment lifecycleand can operate effectively as part of an accelerated development team.

TheExpertiseYou Have

  • Bachelors or MastersDegree in a STEM related field (e.g.Math Sciences Engineering Computer Science etc.)

  • Experience withor exposure toenterprise data quality monitoringtoolsleveraginganalytics to drive business strategy

  • Experience inidentifyinganomalies and patterns in data

  • Deep experience indata science SQL and Python / R skills

  • Familiarity with web scraping techniques

  • Knowledge of data pipelines data lineage data mapping and data stores

The base salary range for this position is $20 - $32 per hour.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.
