Co-Occurring Clinical Team Manager - CBHC
Independent Licensure Required: LMHC LICSW or LMFT
*****$5000 SIGN ON BONUS*****
First $2500 distributed at 30 days Second $2500 distributed at 6 months! Internal transfers do not qualify for sign-on bonus.
- Partnering with director level management to align team with CBHC values and mission
- Leading clinical team meetings
- Clinical supervision
- Coordination of care between staff roles on the team
- Assuring principles of harm reduction and self determination
- Problem solving barriers to care
- Manage team member productivity
- Manage various work flows
- Clinically strong/knowledgeable in both Substance and Mental Health Recovery
- Highly organized

- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- Intermediate computer fluency including Microsoft Office
- Valid Drivers License and regular access to a reliable vehicle
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling with Independent Licensure of LMHC LICSW or LMFT
- At least 2 years experience working with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and Co-Occurring Disorders (COD)
- Knowledge of Evidenced Based Practices and service systems.
- Must be three years post licensure at the independent level of licensure for the discipline specific to the clinicians training and expertise
- 1 year supervisory or managerial experience in a similar setting
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience at the masters level
- Experience with adult service systems including DMH and various levels of care
- Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individuals professional discipline including but not limited to continuing education ethical requirements etc.
