Job Summary
Our client is seeking a hands-on C#/.NET Developer to join a growing Enterprise Services team supporting the development of a new platform. This is a backend-focused role (no UI responsibilities) centered on designing and building scalable REST APIs business logic and data access layers using technologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing C# Core APIs working with Entity Framework implementing domain-driven design principles and writing comprehensive unit tests.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain C#/.NET Core REST APIs
Build and support business logic and data access layers
Apply domain-driven design principles and best practices
Develop and execute unit tests and perform thorough application testing
Collaborate with a team of developers to deliver scalable maintainable solutions
Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions
Requirements:
7 years of experience with C# Core development
Experience building RESTful APIs
Proficiency with Entity Framework
Experience with unit testing and software quality practices
Understanding of domain-driven design concepts
Azure experience preferred but not required
Ability to work onsite in Downtown Manhattan 3x per week
