CNC Programmer
location: Auburn WA onsite- Multiple positions
Fulltime only
Domain: Aerospace domain
Visa: GC/ US Citizen

Duties & Responsibilities:
- 5 years of NC/CNC programming experience in aerospace machining including 3-axis and 5-axis applications.
- Create and maintain CNC programs machine control data (MCD) tooling data and setup documentation using CATIA V5/V6.
- Create and update setup sheets and tool layouts as required.
- Interpret engineering drawings GD&T and manufacturing requirements to develop machining methods for aluminum titanium and composite parts such as spars panels ribs and empennages.
- Validate NC programs using Vericut and support shop-floor troubleshooting prove-out and process improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with manufacturing tooling planning and operators to improve quality producibility and cycle time.
Desired Requirements:
- BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Strong experience in multi-axis aerospace machining cutting tools feeds and speeds and CNC machine controls.
- Hands-on experience supporting tooling fixture development and machining process improvements in a production environment.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing planning setup sequencing and production support in an aerospace environment.
Tools / Software Skills
- CATIA V5/V6 for CNC programming
- Mastercam for CNC programming and tool path development
- Vericut for NC simulation and program validation
