Job Summary

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming dressing and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Monitor and report changes in client health behavior or condition to supervisors
- Assist with light housekeeping laundry and meal preparation
- Support clients with mobility transfers and ambulation as needed
- Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
- Transport clients to appointments or errands as required
- Current CNA or PCA certification preferred; relevant experience considered
- Prior experience in home care assisted living or a clinical caregiving setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient empathetic demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
