Executive Home Care of Manassas is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/PCA Caregiver to join our team in Manassas VA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized in-home care and support. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming dressing and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Monitor and report changes in client health behavior or condition to supervisors
Assist with light housekeeping laundry and meal preparation
Support clients with mobility transfers and ambulation as needed
Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Transport clients to appointments or errands as required

Requirements:

Current CNA or PCA certification preferred; relevant experience considered
Prior experience in home care assisted living or a clinical caregiving setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient empathetic demeanor
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license preferred
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
