Your Impact as a CNA

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility
Provide respectful person-centered care that honors resident preferences
Support residents in social programs activities and dining
Prepare and serve meals while ensuring food safety and dietary requirements
Communicate changes in condition promptly to nursing staff and document as required
Uphold resident rights privacy dignity and confidentiality
Help maintain a safe clean and welcoming household environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Current Massachusetts CNA certification
CPR/AED certification (required)
Two years of CNA experience preferred (especially in long-term care)
Compassion dependability and strong teamwork skills

Satisfactory completion of a background investigation is required for this position.

Pay Range: $22.50-26.00/hour

Individual compensation within this range is based on a candidates specific qualifications including education overall experience relevant experience and specific skills. We strive to ensure that compensation is competitive fair and reflects the value each candidate brings to the role.
