We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our this role you will provide direct resident care and assist residents with activities of daily living while helping create a safe comfortable and supportive environment.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
• Take and document vital signs
• Assist with transfers ambulation and repositioning
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Promote resident dignity comfort independence and quality of life
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents families and healthcare team members
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional care

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Compassion for an underserved population
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
