Job Title:CNA Day Shift (Local)
Location:Phoenix AZ
Type:Contract
Schedule:6:00 AM 6:30 PM 12-hour shifts 3 days per week Every other weekend required 32 hours guaranteed weekly
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a local contract position in Phoenix AZ.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs (bathing dressing grooming toileting feeding ambulation transfers)
- Take and record vital signs
- Monitor and document patient conditions
- Assist nursing staff with basic care and treatments
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Assist with meals and daily care needs
- Respond to call lights and patient requests
- Maintain cleanliness of care areas
- Support nurses during emergencies
- Transport residents when needed
Requirements
- Active Arizona CNA Certification
- Basic nursing care knowledge
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- LTC/geriatric experience preferred
- CPR/BLS preferred
