- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing and mobility
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care under nursing staff supervision
- Ensure resident safety comfort and dignity at all times
- Communicate effectively with residents families and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate records and follow facility policies and procedures
- Active CNA certification in the state of California
- Passion for providing excellent patient care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
