Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing dressing and grooming; your support helps our clients maintain dignity and comfort
Assist with Mobility Transfers Light Exercise or Walking
Prepare and serve meals so clients have tasty and healthy food
Medication reminders are crucial to our clients health we will train you
Provide companionship engage in fun activities and be the friendly face and joyful presence that makes every day a little brighter
Show enthusiasm for helping others eagerness to learn and motivation to provide excellent care
Maintain a clean and safe environment in clients homes
Occasional Transportation of your client appointments or errands we reimburse your miles
Demonstrate dedication to our clients and respect for our agencys close-knit team

Requirements

Proficiency in English
Current CNA or HHA certification or caregiving experience
Nursing students seeking patient care experience
Previous experience in home care or a similar setting is a plus but not necessary; what matters most is your kindness and eagerness to make a difference
Strong communication skills and a caring nature - because a warm empathetic approach is at the heart of what we do
Ability to follow a care plan and provide compassionate patient-centered care
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Ability to pass background checks because we value trust and integrity in our team
