CNA – Days| Mankato, MN

Are you a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a rewarding career where you can make a meaningful difference every day Freedom Home Care is seeking dependable caring CNAs to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and individuals who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Pay: $18.00$21.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

• Days
• Weekend Rotation is required
• Part-Time with opportunities to grow into a Full-Time position

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility transfers and safety needs
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Complete accurate care documentation
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow each clients individualized care plan

• Current Minnesota CNA certification or previous CNA certification with related caregiving experience
• • Valid drivers license
  • Reliable vehicle of your own
  • Current auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
  • Ability to work morning and/or evening shifts
  • Availability for an every-other-weekend rotation
  • Dependable and professional communication

  CNA PCA HHA assisted living group home or other professional caregiving experience is a plus.

  Personal experience caring for a family member alone does not qualify as professional caregiving experience for this position.
