Recent EPIC experience is preferred but not required to submit Will hire without a license Will hire with pending license 2 years of experience preferred; will consider 1 year nurses on case by case basis Former Perm Staff: previous Perm staff cannot return to any SRHS facility as a traveler PASS FAIL TEST at Orientation: Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and Moderate Sedation Test will be given on Monday (the first day of orientation). Travelers have ONE chance to pass. Pass/Fail testing required. Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test required for all units. Moderate Sedation Test required for OR ICU and Endo. Compliance documents are due 5 business days prior to the travelers scheduled start by EOD eastern time (starts are typically on Mondays but can also be on Wednesdays) Candidate must go into the lab within 24 hours after signing SRHS does have an attendance policy for travelers. If more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without reasonable explanation subject to SRHS discretion contract will be reviewed for cancellation.
