Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each) with their own kitchens plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide hands-on care and support to residents ensuring their comfort dignity and safety while working within our unique cottage-style care model.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing and toileting
• Support mobility transfers and repositioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents condition
• Maintain a clean safe and respectful environment
• Work alongside nurses and care team to follow care plans
• Deliver compassionate resident-centered care

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Compassionate and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Balanced patient assignments to prevent overload and improve care quality
• Must be able to remain physically active during shifts including walking between cottages
