Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each) with their own kitchens plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide hands-on care and support to residents ensuring their comfort dignity and safety while working within our unique cottage-style care model.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing and toileting
- Support mobility transfers and repositioning
- Monitor and report changes in residents condition
- Maintain a clean safe and respectful environment
- Work alongside nurses and care team to follow care plans
- Deliver compassionate resident-centered care
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Compassionate and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Balanced patient assignments to prevent overload and improve care quality
- Must be able to remain physically active during shifts including walking between cottages
