Job Summary

Job Title: Cloud IAM Architect

Location / Work Model

Must live near target hubs (e.g. FL Dallas Louisville DC NYC etc.)
Expectation to work onsite periodically
Likely 1 2x per week (still evolving)

Job Description:

Candidate to align on a new Cloud IAM / Entra ID role.

Business Need

Team is expanding ownership of Cloud IAM (Entra ID) across multiple subsidiaries.
Focus is on:
- Standardizing identity security
- Closing gaps across environments
- Supporting enterprise growth
This role is a top priority due to immediate business demand.

Role Overview

Contract-to-Hire (CTH) with approved FTE
Heavily hands-on engineering role
Will support multi-tenant Entra environments
Works closely with:
- Entra Architect
- Engineering leadership

Key Requirements

Must-Haves

Strong hands-on Entra ID / Azure AD security engineering
Experience configuring:
- Conditional Access
- Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Cross-tenant / federation access
Ability to analyze Entra sign-in and audit logs

Preferred

Azure / cloud infrastructure experience
Active Directory (hybrid)
Microsoft 365
Certifications (nice-to-have not required):
- CISSP / CCSP
- Microsoft / Azure IAM certs

Experience Level

5 years minimum
7 years preferred
Needs to operate independently in complex environments
