Job Summary

Status: Part Time Hourly

FLSA classification: Non-Exempt

Summary of the Position: Masters Level Clinician to provide and coordinate therapeutic services for children adolescents adults and families. The Clinician will conduct behavioral health assessments provide individual and group counseling develop and implement treatment plans and collaborate with clients and community partners to support positive treatment outcomes. This position requires strong clinical judgment excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality person-centered care.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting clinical assessments and evaluations
  • Providing direct therapeutic and counseling services
  • Developing implementing and monitoring individualized treatment plans
  • Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Coordinating care with internal and external service providers
  • Participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings

Alcohol and Drug Counselors (ADCs) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Counseling psychology or social work with experience providing therapeutic services to individuals and families.
  • License issued by State of West Virigina (LPC LCSW LMFT etc.) is preferred.
  • One or more years of experience providing behavioral health substance use or drug and alcohol counseling.
  • Experience in crisis intervention care coordination and treatment planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance coverage.
  • Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
