If you are looking for meaningful work make a tangible difference and drive positive change find out more at: Counseling Recovery & Wellness (CReW) Program is a licensed community mental health and substance use disorder treatment program and provider of the King County Integrated Care Network (KC-ICN). Our program focuses on serving adults with mental illness and/or substance use disorders to help improve individuals quality of life. The range of services CReW provides include diagnostic assessments individual therapy peer support case management group counseling skills training care coordination medication management and psychoeducation. Our collaborative team focuses on serving adults with mental illness and/or substance use disorders to help improve the quality of life for our clients and our great community. Services offered utilize Harm Reduction and Recovery principles with an emphasis on building collaborative relationships with the person served the development of opportunities for personal growth a commitment to community integration goal-oriented and individualized supports and satisfaction and success in community living. Our team was created out of the need for onsite supportive services in our agency housing program and we adapt our services to best fit the unique needs of our clients in a variety of locations within Seattle downtown and greater King County. If you are looking for meaningful work make a tangible difference and drive positive change find out more at: YOU can make a difference: The Clinical Supervisor position provides leadership and oversight to a clinical team delivering outreach engagement ongoing case management and treatment services to adults with behavioral health disorders including those that are homeless and have co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The incumbent is expected to actively represent and promote CCS values and principles. Work includes flexibility in work hours and does not include on-call responsibilities. Licensure supervision for LMHC LMFT or LICSW is available for interested and eligible employees. Work location: (1) Westlake (Seattle) On-site Access to Services Supervise and coordinate assigned activities of clinical staff Carry a caseload of 5-10 clients Provide fiscal supervision of interventions Other administrative functions HIPAA Supervision All employees working in CCS have the responsibility for developing and safekeeping a workplace that values and supports a culturally diverse work environment. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications Washington State Department of Health registration as either Agency Affiliated Counselor registration OR higher relevant credential Meet or exceed qualifications for Mental Health professional (as defined by WAC 246-341: a person with a Masters in Social Work Psychology or Counseling; OR with a Masters degree in one of the social sciences along with two years of experience in clinical services under the direct supervision of an MHP). Substance Use Disorder Professional active credential with DOH 1 year supervisory or leadership experience. 3 years experience working with individuals suffering from co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. 1 year experience working with people who are homeless. Must be strength-based family-oriented and solution-focused. Pass background check through Washington State Patrol. Preferred Qualifications Salary starting at $90084.80 per year (D.O.E.)
