Job Summary

Clinical Supervisor Are you an experienced clinician with supervisory experience looking for more rewarding work Bring your exceptional clinical and leadership skills to a team-based workplace that puts people first. This position will provide clinical leadership to our school-based and community-based programs throughout the Dayton and oversee licensed therapists service plans to ensure quality diagnostic assessments and services for company program participants; proactively address any client issues with respect to therapeutic liaisons with consulting staff (physicians psychologists etc.) and mentors/foster parents to ensure coordinated service delivery to the all treatment teams for information needed to provide quality services to persons served. Provide backup support for cases including covering caseloads for staff on PTO or while filling and assign intakes; monitor daily census and any corresponding referral review documentation to ensure program compliance with all corporate and legal requirements and ensure adherence to accreditation standards within state in meetings regarding program development policies and procedures etc. as program statistics for reporting as needed and provide necessary documentation for billing and mentor in on-call rotation as scheduled and provide consultation with team members as needed; participate in emergency coverage develop and implement crisis intervention emergency procedures oversee Utilization Review Quality Assurance investigations and internal in the overall management of the program and staff as directed or in the absence of Program Director. May oversee recruitment case assignment contracting performance evaluations scheduling and new hire orientation. Make decisions on employee hires transfers promotions salary changes discipline terminations and similar actions. Resolve employee problems within position development of comprehensive training for clinical staff program participants and staff as : Masters degree with independent licensure from the Ohio Counselor Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapists licensure (LPCC or LiSW)Three years of related experience with one year of experience in clinical -motivated and detail-oriented with ability to analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different skills with motivating team and driving results to meet drivers license car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving Join Us $72K -$75K/yr (commensurate with credentials / experience)$5K bonusFull compensation/benefits package for full-time employees.401(k) with company time off and holiday work adding value to the organizations mission alongside a great team of job security with nationwide career development and advancement have meaningful work for you come join our team Apply Today!
