What We Do:ACES is an ABA therapy provider dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families impacted with autism and other developmental were founded on the values of providing empathy care and fun to our clients and the role of a Clinical Scheduler is to be the front line of our service standards providing a comfortable and seamless experience for our families and clinicians.
What Youll Do:OurSchedulers will work directly with our clinicalteam membersto coordinateteam membersand client schedules based on providedscheduling parameters withfocusingonfulfilling utilization for both willutilizeindustry-leading scheduling software to ensure accuracy of clientand team memberscheduleswhileprovidingexceptional customerservicein your daily interactions with our team members. You will workcollaborativelywitha variety of departments within ACESto meet the needs of yourregion toinfluencetogrowth.

Qualifications

- Tech-savvy; our current systems include CentralReach MS Office 365 SharePoint Avachato Zendesk Microsoft Dynamics
- Supply chain logistics experience/education strongly preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 15 pounds
Ability to sit for long periods of time (up to 3 hours at a time) during the scheduled workday
