The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of a patient care center ensuring clinical excellence operational efficiency regulatory compliance and staff development. Key Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and develop clinical and administrative staff to foster a high-performing patient-focused culture.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient patient flow scheduling staffing and resource allocation.
- Maintain compliance with all federal state accreditation and organizational regulations and standards.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement process improvements that enhance patient satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to support exceptional clinical outcomes.
- Manage staffing plans workforce scheduling and productivity initiatives while maintaining quality patient care.
- Develop employee training coaching and professional development programs to strengthen team performance.
- Analyze operational reports identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
- Promote a positive workplace culture emphasizing teamwork accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration Business Administration Physical Therapy or a related healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership or clinical operations management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
- Current state professional licensure where applicable.
- CAPTE certification or equivalent credential required if applicable to professional discipline.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

- Masters degree in healthcare administration Business Administration or related field.
