100% FTE hours will be established during the hiring process. This is a hybrid position in person work location will be UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening night and weekend shift differential

- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy. Required
- Residency training in pharmacy practice drug information informatics or pharmacy administration or equivalent. Required
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
- No minimum experience required.
- Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible. Required
