• Maintain a full patient load

• Lead mentor and support physical therapists and PTAs

• Ensure clinical excellence in outpatient orthopedics neurological and vestibular rehabilitation

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic and optimize patient outcomes

• Manage staffing scheduling and performance evaluations

• Collaborate with ownership to establish and maintain a positive high-performing clinic culture

• Track and report key performance metrics

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or license-eligible)

• Leadership or management experience preferred

• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics neurological vestibular and balance patients

• Self-motivated organized and collaborative leader

• Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing clinical team

• Recent PT graduates encouraged to consider clinical growth paths

• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus but not required
