FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Chicago is looking for an experiencedClinical Directorto oversee and advance a successful outpatient physical therapy clinic. This role is ideal for a motivatedPhysical Therapist who enjoys leading teams driving clinical excellence and contributing to the growth of a dynamic practice.

• Ongoing mentorship and leadership support

• Direct day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality care

• Carry an outpatient caseload while providing clinical leadership

• Coach mentor and develop physical therapists and PTAs

• Uphold excellence across orthopedic neurological vestibular and balance programs

• Support clinic growth through strategic initiatives and performance improvement

• Oversee staffing scheduling and performance reviews

• Monitor and report key performance indicators

• Collaborate with ownership to maintain a positive and high-performing clinic culture

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

• At least 5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience

• Active Illinois PT license (or license-eligible)

• Previous leadership or management experience preferred

• Strong clinical interest in orthopedics neurological vestibular and balance rehab

• Organized self-driven and collaborative leadership approach

• Commitment to developing and mentoring clinical teams
