• $90000$100000 base salary based on experience

• Lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic
• Evaluate and treat patients while maintaining high-quality care standards
• Hire mentor and develop clinical staff as the team grows
• Drive clinic growth through patient experience referrals and community engagement
• Establish and refine clinic workflows systems and culture
• Ensure compliance documentation accuracy and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning and performance goals

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia (or eligible)
• Prior outpatient experience required; leadership experience preferred
• Strong interest inclinic leadership growth and team development
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership of outcomes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for building a positive high-performing culture
• Experience or interest in vestibular balance or pelvic health is a plus
