Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Clinic RN Manager you will be a central figure in operational leadership and nursing excellence strategically guiding the clinics comprehensive activities to achieve optimal cost-effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.

Every day you will direct and oversee multidisciplinary practice ensuring seamless operations while providing clinical oversight human resource management and budget support. You will develop implement and monitor ambulatory care nursing practices drive lean initiatives and relentlessly focus on enhancing patient and staff satisfaction through best practices and effective team building.

To be successful in this role you will combine robust clinical knowledge with strong business acumen exceptional leadership and an unwavering commitment to quality outcomes and professional development. You will demonstrate a strategic mindset for growth continuous improvement and cultivating a highly effective compassionate care environment.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Three (3) years of experience as a nurse supervisor assistant nurse manager or nurse manager
  • Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington
  • Skill in prioritizing the demands of daily operations and organizing resources
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical assistant scope of practice Sufficient active listening and conflict management skills
  • Established skill in facilitating change cultural integration retention and building effective teams. Addressing and rectifying patient and/or staff concerns
  • High level problem solving skills with flexible solutions for a changing healthcare market.
  • Creates and motivates team to generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo.
  • Uses VMPS to identify a problem route cause and engages the team in solutions.

Preferred

  • Masters Degree with Ambulatory clinic experience
