Job Summary
We are seeking professional customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Remote Client Support this role you will assist clients with planning coordinating and managing personalized experiences while delivering exceptional service and support throughout every stage of the process.
As a Client Support Specialist you will communicate with clients to understand their needs preferences and goals. You will research options coordinate reservations provide recommendations and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from initial consultation through completion. Responsibilities may include assisting with vacations cruises special celebrations accommodations transportation arrangements and other customized experiences.
