The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills proven experience supporting client services or laboratory operations and a commitment to delivering accurate responsive and high-quality service within a fast-paced environmental laboratory environment.
What Youll Do
Maintain client accounts and project information in LIMS and related systems
Prepare quotations and pricing requests for existing clients
Coordinate new client accounts and projects with laboratory field and sample receiving teams
Review work orders to ensure accurate setup and billing in LIMS
Respond to client inquiries service requests and data questions professionally and promptly
Communicate updates and resolve issues between clients and internal teams
Upload subcontract laboratory results into LIMS and assist with subcontract coordination
Maintain familiarity with laboratory services regulatory requirements and client expectations
Answer phones assist walk-in clients accept samples and support sample login as needed
Provide backup support during staff absences or high-volume periods
Assist with bottle preparation and sample-handling tasks when needed
Ensure client regulatory requirements and documentation standards are met
Deliver reports invoices and data files within required turnaround times
Notify clients promptly of results exceeding regulatory limits in accordance with company procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What Were Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of customer service or administrative support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with laboratory operations or environmental testing services is a plus
