Position Overview
Velsain is seeking a friendly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our clients you will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by assisting with travel planning bookings and ongoing support before during and after their trips. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with booking and managing travel arrangements including flights hotels vacation packages cruises and excursions.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions while maintaining a positive and service-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate client records booking details and communication logs.
- Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and needs.
- Follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members and travel suppliers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay informed about travel trends destinations and industry updates.

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required; travel industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Outstanding problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers online booking systems and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with travel booking platforms such as Expedia Amadeus Sabre or similar systems.
- Sales cross-selling or upselling experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel requirements.
