Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Were looking for experienced professionals who are ready to apply their skills in communication leadership and client development in a more independent and flexible way.
This is an independent remote opportunity within the leadership education space suited to people who enjoy working with others building strong professional relationships and taking responsibility for their own results.
Youll be working with established systems training and support while developing your own client base and business activity.
Many people begin alongside their current commitments and build from there.
8 years of professional experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable speaking with and supporting prospective clients
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Interested in leadership personal growth and professional development
Willing to follow a proven process while taking ownership of your results
Approximately 1520 hours per week available
Must have current work authorisation in the United States

We are looking for someone with: Strong verbal and written communication skills A professional approachable and confident manner Experience in leadership management business development sales recruitment client engagement coaching mentoring or another people-focused field Strong relationship-building and active-listening skills Confidence speaking with prospective clients by phone or Zoom Good organisation time-management and follow-up skills The ability to work independently and remain self-motivated A willingness to learn accept guidance and follow an established process Basic confidence using online systems digital platforms and email Access to a computer reliable internet connection and phone At least 15 hours per week available to develop the opportunity Previous experience within the personal development and leadership education sector is not required as comprehensive training mentoring and established systems are provided. This opportunity is best suited to someone who is open to an independent performance-based structure rather than a traditional fixed-salary employee position.
